Wellbeing Policy:
This ‘working practice’ document has been drafted by the Criminal Bar Association in order to provide guidance to its members and 3rd parties on what is deemed, by those in practice, as reasonable working conditions, thus ensuring the wellbeing of Criminal Practitioners and a functioning Justice System. Whilst the Judiciary have not commented on adopting this document, the Bar regulator is currently in talks with the CBA to affirm some or all of the conditions raised. The South Eastern Circuit supports the conditions set out.
