• The South Eastern Circuit is the largest Circuit in the country fighting issues to include Fees, CPS grading, OCOF, QASA, Competitive Tendering – in respect of which top silks and juniors prepare the responses to consultations.

• We are the provider of the most recent (accredited for CPS Rape List) Sexual Offences/Rape Training.

• The Circuit is the provider of the Advanced International Advocacy Course (Keble Course), which is the most highly regarded and intensive advocacy course in the country and is internationally recognised.

• Our Annual Summer Party is an excellent opportunity to mix with colleagues, judges and senior judiciary and to hear excellent speakers.

• Educational events ranging from the 'Masters of Advocacy' series, comprising some of the country's best advocates, to series of lectures by eminent practitioners on how to diversify into other areas of law, such as regulatory fields.

• As a Member of the Circuit you will have the capacity to seek advice and support from the Leader of the Circuit on delicate issues.

• You will receive 'The Circuiteer' magazine which informs our members of all important developments on Circuit and at the Bar generally.

• There is an opportunity to stand for election to posts which enable successful applicants to have influence over their local Courts through the Bar Messes.

• The Florida Advocacy Civil and Crime courses, which provide scholarships for the Junior Bar to participate in a week long exceptional advocacy course with American students, lawyers and judges.
